【TBT】Products covered: Other audio, video and audio-visual equipment (ICS: 33.160.99) This addendum concerns the notification of draft of Egyptian standard ES 7993 "energy efficiency for television "(22 pages, in Arabic) which will supersede the current Egyptian Standard ES 7993/2016 "energy efficiency for television" which was mandated among others by the Ministerial Decree No. 243/2016 (2 pages, in Arabic) which was formerly notified in G/TBT/N/EGY/156 dated 15 August 2016. Worth mentioning is that this draft standard complies with European directive (EU) No. 1062/2010. Producers and importers are kept informed of any amendments in the Egyptian standards through the publication of administrative orders in the official gazette. Date of adoption: to be determined.
