【TBT】Amendment to Regulations Relating to Health Messages on Container Labels of Alcoholic Beverages. It prescribes the labelling of alcoholic beverages with health warnings. The purpose is to warn individuals and the community about the harm caused by alcohol abuse. The Minister of Health has adopted the Amendment Regulations Relating to Health Messages on Container Labels of Alcoholic Beverages on 14 November 2017, and published it in Government Gazette No. 41350 Notice No. 1458 on 22 December 2017. The Amendment Regulations Relating to Health Messages on Container Labels of Alcoholic Beverages will enter into force 36 months after publication which is on 22 December 2020.
