Burundi, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania and Uganda would like to inform WTO Members that the Draft East African Standard; DEAS 65:2024, Coconut oil for cosmetic use — Specification, Third Edition; notified in G/TBT/N/BDI/674, G/TBT/N/KEN/1921, G/TBT/N/RWA/1293, G/TBT/N/TZA/1438 and G/TBT/N/UGA/2257 was adopted by the East African Community Council of Ministers on 30th June 2026 and published in the EAC Gazette Legal Notice No. EAC/177/2026 on 30th June 2026.
