Burundi, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania and Uganda would like to inform WTO Members that the Draft East African Standard; DEAS 967-3:2025, Butter for Cosmetic use — Specification — Part 3: Ghee butter, First Edition; notified in G/TBT/N/BDI/672, G/TBT/N/KEN/1919, G/TBT/N/RWA/1291, G/TBT/N/TZA/1436 and G/TBT/N/UGA/2255 was adopted by the East African Community Council of Ministers on 30th June 2026 and published in the EAC Gazette Legal Notice No. EAC/177/2026 on 30th June 2026.
