Kenya would like to inform WTO Members that the draft East African Standard; DEAS 1249: Eaves gutters and fittings made of PVC-U —Requirements and test methods notified in, G/TBT/N/BDI/574, G/TBT/N/KEN/1766, G/TBT/N/RWA/1166, G/TBT/N/TZA/1282, G/TBT/N/UGA/2115 was adopted and published by Kenya as KS EAS 1249:2026 Kenya Standard—Eaves gutters and fittings made of Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC-U)— Requirements, First Edition on 7th August 2026 via Kenya Gazette, No. 12185 dated 7th August 2026.
