This Draft Uganda Standard defines the quality requirements of chinese cabbages of varieties (cultivars) grown from Brassica rapa subsp. pekinensis (Lour). Hanelt of the long and the round types after preparation and packaging to be supplied fresh to the consumer, for industrial processing being excluded.
