Burundi, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania and Uganda would like to inform WTO Members that the Draft East African Standard; DEAS 1111: 2022 Footwear – Canvas shoes — Specification ; notified in G/TBT/N/BDI/295, G/TBT/N/KEN/1330, G/TBT/N/RWA/737, G/TBT/N/TZA/855 and G/TBT/N/UGA/1704 was adopted by the East African Community Council of Ministers on 14 June 2024.
