Approves the list of imported products whose evaluation compliance is mandatory, in annex to this Diploma and which is an integral part of it.

The list referred to in paragraph 1 of article 1 is based on the list of mandatory control products contained in Annex II of the Standardization and Conformity Assessment Regulation, approved by Decree no. 8/2022, of March 14.
