The Ministerial Decree No. 499 /2023 gives the producers and importers a six-month transitional period to abide by the Egyptian standard ES 4748-5 which specifies requirements for the inspection during and after construction, documentation and marking of shell boilers.

Worth mentioning is that this standard adopts the technical content of EN 12953-5:2020.
