通告描述：

The Ministerial Decree No. 502 /2023 gives the producers and importers a six-month transitional period to abide by the Egyptian standard ES 8693 which specifies requirements for portable general purpose luminaries for indoor and/or outdoor use (e.g. garden use), other than hand lamps, designed to be used with or incorporating electrical light sources on supply voltages not exceeding 250 V.

Worth mentioning is that this standard adopts the technical content of IEC 60598-2-4:2017
