Item 6 in G/TBT/N/SWZ/14 should read as follows:

This Draft Standard governs the minimum safety standards for the operating, maintenance, construction and installation of power systems in Eswatini. The purpose of this Standard is threefold, namely, to ensure the safety of all persons, to safeguard apparatus and to ensure continuity of supply.

This Standard is an extension of, and must be read in conjunction with, the provisions of the Electricity Act of 2007; Factories, Machinery and Construction Works Act 17 of 1972 and the Operational Safety and Health Act 9 of 2001 (with particular emphasis on the Health and Safety Act made thereunder), and all other applicable laws, and does not supersede, overrule or negate any provisions contained in the Electricity Act, the Labour Act or such other laws.
