Burundi, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania and Uganda would like to inform WTO Members that the Draft East African Standard; DEAS 803: 2022, Nutrition labelling― Requirements, notified in G/TBT/N/BDI/216, G/TBT/N/KEN/1225, G/TBT/N/RWA/642, G/TBT/N/TZA/717, G/TBT/N/UGA/1549 was adopted by the East African Community Council of Ministers on 25 August 2023 as EAS 803: 2023, Nutrition labelling― Requirements.
