This addendum concerns the notification of draft of Egyptian Standard ES 3795 " energy efficiency label requirements for air conditioner - room air conditioner (window - split) " (25 pages, in Arabic).
This standard cancels and supersedes these standards ES 3795-1/2016, ES 3795-2/2017, ES 3795-5/2018
It should be noted that the Ministerial Decree No. 1098/2016 (1 page, in Arabic) which was formerly notified in G/TBT/N/EGY/68/Add.1 dated 22 June 2017, the Ministerial Decree No. 1307/2017 (2 pages, in Arabic) which was formerly notified in G/TBT/N/EGY/68/Add.4 dated 21 February 2018 and the Ministerial Decree No. 102/2019 (2 pages, in Arabic) which was formerly notified in G/TBT/N/EGY/68/Add.6 dated 14 May 2019, mandated among others the earlier versions of this Standard.
Worth mentioning is that this standard has been formulated according to National studies.
Producers and importers are kept informed of any amendments in the Egyptian standard through the publication of administrative orders in the official gazette.
