DRS 371: 2023, Fresh garlic — Specification

This Draft Rwanda Standard specifies requirements, classification and sampling for fresh garlic.
It applies to fresh garlic of varieties (cultivars) grown from Allium sativum var. sativum L. to be supplied fresh, semidry or dry to the consumer and to be used for industrial processing.
