La lettre circulaire sus citée rend obligatoire le respect des normes suivantes: NC 236 : 2007-06 du Fer à béton; NC 237:2007-06 des treillis soudés; NC 238:2007-06 du fil d'attache. Ces normes on été homologués par le Comité technique CT06 le 15 janvier 2007 et reconnues par le Ministère de l'Industrie, des mines et du Développement Technologique le 27 mars 2007. La circulaire définit aussi les conditions d'évaluation de conformité de ces produits par rapport aux normes.
