The notified Tunisian Standard NT 56.12 (2007) applies to all honey produced by honey bees and to all forms of presentation of honey offered for direct consumption. It also applies to honey packed loose in containers not put up for retail sale (bulk) and which has to be repacked in containers for the retail trade. It does not apply to industrial honey or honey used as an additive in other food products.
