Tunisian Standard NT 96.07 (2006) applies to potatoes for consumption, including ware potatoes, of varieties (cultivars) grown from Solanum tuberosum L. and its hybrids, which are to be supplied fresh to the consumer. It does not apply to potatoes for consumption that are destined for industrial processing or those covered by the Standard on early potatoes. Tunisian Standard NT 96.16 (2006) applies to tomatoes of varieties (cultivars) grown from Lycopersicum esculentum Mill. which are to be supplied fresh to the consumer. It does not apply to tomatoes destined for industrial processing.
