Tunisian Standard NT 47.021 (2008) sets forth the definition and composition of masonry cement that is generally used to produce mortar for setting bricks and blocks and for internal and external coatings. It includes requirements relating to the cement's physical, mechanical and chemical properties, and defines strength classes. The Standard also specifies the conformity criteria and associated rules, and the relevant durability requirements.
