The Egyptian standard specifies the safety criteria " essential requirements" which toys must meet The safety criteria cover, general principals, protection against ( physical & mechanical flammability, chemical, hygienic and radio activity risks) as well as warnings and indications of precautions to be taken when using toys. This standard complies with European Directive (88/378/EEC) for "Safety of Toys". ;
