This decree states that compliance with the following Egyptian standard is mandatory ; ES 4653/2010: Uniform provisions concerning the approval of devices for indirect vision and of motor vehicles with regard to the installation of these devices. (English) ; -This standard applies: ; (a) to devices for indirect vision, for vehicles of category M, N and of L category vehicles 1/ with bodywork at least partly enclosing the driver; ; (b) to the installation of devices of indirect visions for vehicles of categories M and N and of L category vehicles 1/ with bodywork at least partly enclosing the driver ; -The standard is identical with the latest version of UNECE Vehicle Regulations - 1958 Agreement Regulation No. 46. The standard replaces the previous ES 4653 /2005 ;
