This decree states that compliance with the following Egyptian standard is mandatory ; ES 7086/2010: Uniform provisions concerning the approval of audible warning devices and of motor vehicles with regard to their audible signals (English) ; -This standard applies to: ; I. audible warning devices, operated by direct current or compressed ; air, which are intended for fitting to motor vehicles with the ; exception of motor cycles, ; II the audible signals of motor vehicles, with the exception of motorcycles. ; -The standard is identical with the latest version of UNECE Vehicle Regulations - 1958 Agreement Regulation No. 28 and all its amendments ;
