This decree mandates that any imports of these products shall be accompanied with an inspection and review certificate issued by an Accreditation Body approved by the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) or from an Egyptian or Foreign Government Body approved by the competent Minister of Foreign Trade. The certificate should have for each item of the batch (quantity - value - country of manufacturing - name and address of the manufacturer, and his permitted trademarks -name of the importer - test results that prove the compliance with adopted Egyptian standards). ; General Organization for Import and Export Control will carry out a random inspection on imports. ;
