Applies to the metrological control of pre-packaged products seen in factories, warehouses and retail outlets with equal nominal content, expressed as mass, volume, length and number of units of the International System of Units; unequal nominal content, expressed as mass units in the International System of Units. The regulation also applies to the distributors of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), to the industries and trade in steel transportable containers for LPG, limited to the 90 kg capacity; the metrological control of the products LPG filling units examined, warehouses and retail outlets. It also applies to industry and trade in the products soap and bar soap, establishing the conditions to be satisfied by packing these to be sold.
