This standard is concerned with the requirements and test methods for all dry ink pens made of plastic or metal with smooth, tapered, spherical, solid ending where the ink filled inside the tubes or packaged within the body itself and pens with zippers. This standard applies to the pens of one tube or more and applies to pens and tubes for general and documentary use.</span>
