The standard covers three types of oven cleaners and grease removers that are suitable for the removal of carbon deposits, grease, baked-on fats and other surface contaminants from industrial and domestic cooking ovens, grills, fryers and other steel kitchen equipment, but that are not intended for use in self-cleaning ovens.</span></p>
