The decree mandates that the producers and importers of wood-based panels must comply with ES7194/2010, which is concerned with the performance properties of wood structural panels for the purpose of loading used in coverage and application of coatings for floors, walls and ceilings. Furthermore it include as the method to prove compatibility on the basis of the initial sample unit tested..Worth mentioning is that  the Egyptian standard  is in accordance with   BS EN 12871/2001
