This decree mandates that the producers and importers of baby walking frames must comply with ES 7670/2013, which is concerned with the safety requirements and test methods for baby walking frames into which a child is placed, and intended to be used from when the child is able to sit up by itself until the child is able to walk by itself. Worth mentioning is that the Egyptian standard  is in accordance with  EN 1273/2005.
