<p style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;text-align:justify;line-height:normal;tab-stops:13.5pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman','serif';font-size:12pt;">These Regulations apply to:</span></p><p style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;text-align:justify;line-height:normal;tab-stops:13.5pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman','serif';font-size:12pt;"></span><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;font-size:12pt;">(a)<span style="font-family:'Times New Roman';font-size:7pt;">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span></span><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;font-size:12pt;">the enforcement of section 3(3)<em>(c) </em>of the Act;</span></p><p style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;text-align:justify;line-height:normal;tab-stops:13.5pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;font-size:12pt;">(b)<span style="font-family:'Times New Roman';font-size:7pt;">&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;font-size:12pt;">all environmental audits required by section 22 of the Act;</span></p><p style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;text-align:justify;line-height:normal;tab-stops:13.5pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;font-size:12pt;">(c)<span style="font-family:'Times New Roman';font-size:7pt;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;font-size:12pt;">all environmental audits required by the National Environment (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations;</span></p><p style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;text-align:justify;line-height:normal;tab-stops:13.5pt;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;font-size:12pt;">(d)<span style="font-family:'Times New Roman';font-size:7pt;">&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;font-size:12pt;">voluntary environmental audits;</span></p><p style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;text-align:justify;line-height:normal;tab-stops:13.5pt;"><span style="line-height:115%;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;font-size:12pt;">(e) &nbsp;such other environmental audits as may be required or prescribed.</span></p>
