通告描述：

(1) These Regulations shall apply to: (a) all projects included in the Third Schedule to the Act and the First Schedule to these Regulations; (b) any major repairs, extensions or routine maintenance of any existing project which is included in the Third Schedule to the Act or the First Schedule to these Regulations; (2) No developer shall implement a project for which environmental impact assessment is required under the Act and under these Regulations unless the environmental impact assessment has been concluded in accordance with these Regulations. (3) Where a project is likely to have significant impacts on more than one district, an environmental impact assessment shall be carried out detailing the potential impacts and any mitigation measures in those districts. (4) Except as provided for in the Act and these Regulations, a licensing authority under any law in force in Uganda, shall require the production of a certificate of approval of environmental impact assessment before issuing a permit or license for any project identified in accordance with sub-regulation (1) of this regulation.
