This draft Uganda Standard specifies requirements for lemons of varieties (cultivars) grown from the species Citrus limon (L.) Burm. F. to be supplied fresh in the export and local markets. This standard is also applicable to Citron, Citrus medica Linn. Lemons for industrial processing are excluded.
