This Ministerial Decree mandates that the producers and importers of soap with detergent for household purposes must comply with ES 858. Producers and importers are given a transitional period of six months to abide by the standard.This standard sets the requirements for the soap with detergent for household purposes.It complies with: EEC 59/92; EEC 404/73; EEC405/73; EEC 242/82; EEC 542/89; EEC 584/6; EEC 768/76; EEC 379/88; EEC769/76; Saudi Standard 151/2007
