This Ministerial Decree mandates that the producers and importers must comply with ES 1993/2015 "The Blockboard and Laminboard".  It gives producers and importers a transitional period of six months. This standard is to determine the technical requirements of wood panels for the blockboard and laminboard used for general purposes - and it includes manufacturing, sampling methods and conditions of acceptance and rejection and test methods.It is worth mentioning that this standard complies with ISO 13609:2014.
