This draft Uganda Standard specifies requirements and methods of sampling and test for snacks. Snacks are those based from flour or potatoes starch or cereals or nuts and not include fried potatoes and snacks made from fish. The snacks that are included in these standards are namely; bagiya, daddies, puffed deep fried cereals, doughnuts. It excludes the snacks the crisps, potato chips.
