Ministerial Decree no. 692 /2015 mandates that the producers and importers must comply with ES 7799/2014. Producers and importers are given a transitional period of six months.<br />This standard applies to Uniform provisions concerning the approval of motor vehicle headlamps emitting an asymmetrical passing beam or a driving beam or both and equipped with filament lamps and/or light-emitting diode (LED) modules.<br />This  standard  complies with UNECE Regulations No. 112
