Ministerial Decree no.  692 /2015 mandates that the  producers and importers must comply with ES 7943/2015. Producers and importers are given a transitional period of twelve months.This standard applies to Uniform provisions concerning the approval of: I. Rear underrun protective devices (rupds) II.  Vehicles with regard to the installation of an  rupd of an approved type III. Vehicles with regard to their rear underrun protection (RUP)This standard  complies with UNECE Regulations No. 58 .
