The Ministerial Decree mandates that the producers and importers must comply with ES 7950/2015. Producers and importers are given a transitional period of twelve months. This Standard applies to Uniform provisions concerning the approval of vehicles intended for the carriage of dangerous goods with regard to their specific construction features This standard complies with UNECE Regulation No.105.
