The Ministerial Decree mandates that the producers and importers must comply with by ES 7643/2016. A transitional period of six months is given to abide by the Standard. This Standard applies to LED modules for general lighting - safety specifications. Worth mentioning is that this standard complies with IEC 62031/2014.
