This draft Uganda standard specifies the requirements and test methods for children's shoes of children age between 2 to 6 years. It covers all types of materials, constructions and designs. The draft standard intends to give specifications for children's shoes (between 2 to 6 years). It will assist footwear manufacturers and merchants in getting value for their products. In addition, it will give the general consumers of the product bases to choose the products from an informed state. The main purpose of the draft standard therefore is to provide a basis for evaluating the quality of children's shoes (between 2 to 6 years).
