In Exercise of the powers conferred by Section 40 of the Crops Act, 2013 the Cabinet Secretary, in consultation with the Authority, makes regulations which are cited as the Coffee (General) Regulations, 2016 and shall come into operation on such date as the Cabinet Secretary may, by notice in the Gazette, appoint.
