This Draft Rwanda Standard prescribes requirements and test methods for herbal soaps.
Considering that herbal product properties vary in accordance with the intended application, the standard covers different types as follows:
a) herbal toilet soap;
b) herbal laundry soap; and
c) herbal liquid soap.
This document does not apply to products intended to be used for medicinal purpose.
