Egyptian standard ES 336-1/2017 supersedes Egyptian standard No. ES 336-1/2005, that has already been mandated among others by the Ministerial Decree No. 130/2005 since 2005, which was formerly notified in G/TBT/N/EGY/1 dated 14 December 2005. Producers and importers are kept informed of any amendments in the Egyptian standards through the publication of administrative orders in the official gazette. Date of adoption: 13 July 2017.
