The Ministerial Decree No.477/2018 gives the producers and importers a six-month transitional period to abide by the Egyptian standard ES 3571 which specifies the general requirements and specifications for all types of foot shoes of all types, all kinds and their parts.

Worth mentioning is that this standard is identical with JIS S 5050.
