These Regulations shall apply to –
(a) Electronic communications network licences;
(b) Electronic communications service licences;
(c) Frequency spectrum licences;
(d) Equipment sales (retail) and distribution (wholesale) licences;
(e) Equipment importation licences; and
(f) Other licences as may be determined by the Commission.
