This Tanzania standard provides requirements for labeling of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and derived products intended for use as food, feed or ingredients. The standard shall not apply to food, feed or their ingredients containing genetically modified organisms and derived products in proportions of less than 0.9% of the total weight of the product.
