The notified Order establishes specifications for non-woven fabric masks, which must be made from virgin spunbond polypropylene. It also sets out: - design, structural and performance requirements; - packaging, marking and labelling requirements; and - the obligation of the party responsible for making these masks available on the market to have a certificate, issued by the Moroccan Standardization Institute, showing conformity with the relevant Moroccan normative references or, failing that, to ensure that a conformity assessment body approved under Law No. 24-09 on the safety of products and services conducts an assessment of the product's conformity with the requirements established by the Order.
