This decision is valid until 31 December 2020 which concerns the Egyptian Standard ES 2613-2/2008 for “shelf life for food products part : 2 shelf life” (18 pages, in Arabic)  It should be noted that the Ministerial Decree No. 100/2019 (2 pages, in Arabic) which was formerly notified in G/TBT/N/EGY/212 dated 10 May 2019 mandated among others the earlier version of this Egyptian Standard. Worth mentioning is that this standard has been formulated according to National Studies and its updates. Producers and importers are kept informed of any amendments in the Egyptian standard through the publication of administrative orders in the official gazette. Proposed date of adoption: 11 April 2020. Proposed date of entry into force: 29 April 2020.
