Worth mentioning is that this standard is technically identical with EN 12983‑1:2000/A1:2004 and EN 12983-2:2005 with modification clarified on Annex 2. Producers and importers are kept informed of any amendments in the Egyptian standard through the publication of administrative orders in the official gazette.
