This Draft Uganda Standard specifies the requirements, methods of sampling and test for whole and decorticated pearl millet of the species Pennisetum glaucum (L.) R.Br. intended for food consumption. This standard also specifies grading requirements for pearl millet grains. It does not apply to processed pearl millet.
